We have made every effort to reproduce colours on our website as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet. This means that when you order products from our website, colours may differ from what you see on the screen. When You Buy Products From Our Website

 

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

Working with industry-leading secure payment processors, we validate your order, and the payment details you submit to us before your order can be accepted.

If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order, and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Baroque & Rose reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We have taken great care to ensure the prices published on our website are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you use your Order History within 'My account' as a way of re-ordering items, prices on your previous order may no longer be valid. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the Order History and add to your current basket. Promotions and prices you see and other third parties do not always apply to baroqueandrose.com, and vice versa.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards and PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Our prices, as stated on our website, can be viewed in various currencies, and you will be charged in this currency upon visiting our website. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Overseas orders may incur bank charges for international transactions. Prices and promotions held in our high street stores may not apply to this website, unless otherwise stated, and vice versa. Please note that offers are subject to availability and may end before originally advertised.

Where you have requested delivery to a UK address, the price paid for the product will include UK VAT at the applicable rate. If you have requested delivery to a non-UK address, the products will be zero-rated and not subject to UK VAT, however the total amount charged for your order will not change.


CUSTOMS

Products delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, levies, or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities and we advise that you check the import charges applicable before ordering Products to be delivered there.

The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that may be levied. The recipient of the products, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you are ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they are made aware that they will be responsible for these additional charges.

You (or the recipient of the products if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
