Inspired by the island's rich natural landscape, she began experimenting with skincare, using local fruits, herbs, and botanicals. Miriam embarked on a multifaceted career journey that shaped her into the visionary entrepreneur behind Baroque & Rose—a brand where beauty meets integrity, and luxury intertwines with sustainability. Her journey in the beauty industry began as an aesthetician and makeup artist, eventually evolving into the proud ownership of five prestigious spas across Malta. Through each role, Miriam honed her expertise, fuelled her passion for natural beauty, and committed to creating a brand that embodies elegance, ethics, and environmental care.

Her talent quickly caught the attention of Maltese celebrities, who sought her expertise for high-profile occasions, including television appearances and prestigious events like the Eurovision. Yet, Miriam’s vision extended far beyond her successful career.
